CMD19872002 is a old school member of the RS Cheating community. He specialised in password cracking accounts. (Go google password cracking if you don't know what it is I cbf to explain) He was one of the first people to start cracking RS and went through an insane week with one of the first password crackers getting nearly 100,000 tries per day, and he found another method involving the recovery system which got him 2 million tries per day... hacking him almost 1000 accounts!
He also cracked a level 1 account 'Life Hated' Here is a picture of me and CMD logged on Life Hated after helping him get it unlocked:

Back in 2007 he cracked about 13Bil which was worth $4.00 per mill. It would probably be about 60bil in todays prices as he has cracked over 80 Partyhats..
